It seems we are so inundated with information on how to lose weight and what foods we should be eating in order for the body to shed excess fat. Not a week or month goes by when some diet guru will emerge from the thousands with a so-called quick weight loss plan. To lose weight or body fat, one must truly understand how the body and metabolism work in unison to get the fat burning process working properly. I'm sure you have tried other plans that may have claimed the one true plan that will work for you and in some truth, it may have worked and you did lose some weight. Sodium is major contributor to water retention and should be on your to avoid list and be sure to include sugar.
